Earlier this spring, we had the chance to sit down with Casey Golden at SmallAct, a leading social media company that works with nonprofits. Casey put nonprofit social media usage into perspective using several specific examples of nonprofits who successfully implemented social media to benefit their organizations. Casey focused on how nonprofits can leverage all the energy and resources they throw into social media into bottom-line results, and we were able to take a lot away from the interview. I highly recommend giving the brief interview a listen, especially if you’re interested in identifying influencers and segmenting social media audiences.
