Starting in 2009, the Millennial Impact Report revealed the habits of Millennials and their eagerness to connect with causes they are passionate about. We have researched the behaviors of Millennials regarding trends in giving, service, and communication. The Millennial Impact Report reveals the true impact Millennials want to have, by supporting causes and the people it affects directly.

The 2013 Millennial Impact Report has new and insightful information into the mind of a Millennial. Some of the research from this year include:

  • 83% of Millennials regularly use a smartphone.
  • 65% receive email or newsletters from one to five nonprofits.
  • More than 60% of respondents like when nonprofits shared success stories.
2013 marked the first year that research was conducted using user testing. User tests included video-recorded feedback and usability testing nonprofits online presence.
