Created Conference

With the launch of The Millennial Impact Project in 2010 and the ever-growing millennial generation (born 1980-2000), a need arose to produce an event that would launch the research and convene thought leaders from a range of organizations, causes and sectors.

Achieve partnered with the Case Foundation to host the first-ever Millennial Impact Conference (MCON) in Indianapolis, featuring a several speakers and panels centering on the next generation of cause engagement.

In a few short years, MCON has evolved into the premier conference on the next generation and social good. What started as an online webinar has grown to a remarkable event that puts budding social entrepreneurs and activists in the same room as corporate social responsibility professionals and seasoned nonprofit practitioners.

Since 2010, over 50,000 people have participated in MCON either in person or through the live stream of the event. From Indianapolis, to Chicago to MCON 2016 in Washington, D.C., MCON helps the audience turn interest into action, gathering leaders, activists and social entrepreneurs to find creative solutions for social issues. Past MCON speakers include Sophia Bush, Jean Case, Marc Roberg and Dale Partridge, and the conference draws as well as leaders from organizations like American Express, Facebook, the White House, Levi Strauss, AT&T, Washington Post and many, many more.
