WHAT WE DID

Informational Architecture Design
UX/UI Design
Web Development

Since 1899, the Anti-Cruelty Society has been at the forefront of animal welfare and humane education. They had a need to:

  1. Modernize their existing website design.
  2. Raise awareness for their programs and services.
  3. Garner support through adoptions, volunteerism, and financial donations.
  4. Position themselves as a go-to resource for pet owners.
  5. Provide media resources regarding animal care and welfare issues.

Based on the needs of the Anti-Cruelty Society, we knew an engaging custom website design would best bring their story to life.

Our project began with a comprehensive discovery and analysis phase which included:

  1. Key stakeholder focus groups.
  2. 1-on-1 Interviews with key stakeholders.
  3. A thorough review of site analytics.
  4. Heat mapping.
  5. Inventory of social media channels.
  6. Competitive assessment.

We created a custom, mobile-optimized website with improved navigation to make it easier for users to access the wealth of information the Anti-Cruelty Society provides. The site includes responsive features such as:

  1. Pet Finder - making it easy for visitors to find available pets for adoption.
  2. Pet Library - providing resources to support humans and their pets.
